Loosen lateral arm bolt and mobve adjust cam. see diagram you have alignment equipment?

Loosen the nut on the really long bolt going through the cross member, then there's a giant nut to turn between the lateral arm and cross member.

This should really be done on an alignment machine, there is no way of getting correct settings by measure or by eye.
