1998 neon wheel problems

My 98 neon just stated to have one of the front wheels heat up to a smoking stage after only 20 miles of driving. The wheel is not making any noise and I never have had a brake issue

Look at the rubber brake hose for the metal bracket in the middle. It is crimped around the hose. Use a large channel lock pliers to open that crimp up just a little. Rust builds up inside the hose and traps the brake fluid and won't let that brake release.
