In the right front there is a big rattle even when i hit the smallest bumps, also when I reverse to the left I can hear a metal on metal grinding.

Start by inspecting the brakes. If a front pad is loose, the rattle will stop when you apply a little pressure to the brake pedal.

But even when im on the brakes it still rattles.

You didn't mention that previously. The next thing to look at is steering and suspension parts. An inspection at a tire and alignment shop is in order. They'll look at ball joints, tie rod ends, struts, and especially anti-sway bar links and bushings. They can also "read" the tire wear to find clues to worn parts that affect the alignment.
