i have a 1998 neon...the car turns over but no start...i put fuel into the throttle body and it starts up and it idles great but when i give it throttle it bucks and sputers...any help

You may have a faulty throttle position sensor or the fuel pressure is low, check fuel pressure and cer a scan done for any unresolved fault codes, start here.
