When I turn on my heater in my 98 dodge neon it starts sequeling what do I do? Because it doesnt happen everytime I turn it on.

The squeeling when you turn on the heater motor is a dry bearing on the heater motor or going bad. To fix problem you most likely have to change the heater motor. You can try taking the motor out and putting it on a work bench put some oil on the shaft and work it in. Don't put too much at a time just a little then spin it so it works itself into the bearing.
