98 Neon

I have a 98 neon the check engine light dosnt come on at all and get a no link with the obd2 scanner none of the relays work bypassed fuel pump and got low pressure no spark bypassed the auto shutdown to get the 12 volts to the middle wire to the coil still now spark

Bypassing stuff isn't going to accomplish anything. The relays are turned on by the computer when it gets pulses from the crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor. Those are the same pulses that tell the computer when to fire a coil or injector. If the pulses are missing, the computer won't fire the coil even if it has voltage supplied to it.

First check the fuses. The big clue is there's no Check Engine light.
