When I turn on my ac, why do
I get a very strong gas odor inside the passenger cabin.

Check for a gas leak, under the hood or under the vehicle. Could be evap issue. Use a gage and check fuel pressure, see if pressure will hold with everything off. Any applicable trouble codes?
