I have code P0765 UD circuit error

NOTE: Small transmission in line harness connector is 8 way (8 pin) on 1997 models and 10 way (10 pin) on 1998 models.

1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect TCM harness connector. Measure resistance between ground and UD solenoid control circuit at TCM harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms,  go to step 6). If resistance
is not as specified,  go to next step.
2. Disconnect transmission control relay. Measure resistance between transmission control relay output circuit at relay connector and UD solenoid control circuit at TCM harness connector. If resistance is 1 3 ohms,
go to next step. If resistance is not as specified,  go to step 5).
3. Measure resistance between chassis ground and terminal No. 57 (ground circuit) at TCM harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms,  go to next step. If resistance is not as specified,  repair open in ground
circuit to TCM.
4. Measure resistance between chassis ground and terminal No. 53 (ground circuit) at TCM harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms,  replace TCM. If resistance is not as specified,  repair open in ground
circuit to TCM.
5. If resistance is less than one ohm,  go to step 8). If resistance is not as specified,  go to step 10).
6. Disconnect small transmission in line harness connector. Measure resistance between ground and UD solenoid control circuit at TCM harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms,  repair UD solenoid
control circuit for a short to ground between small transmission in line harness connector and TCM. If resistance is not as specified,  go to next step.
7. Disconnect solenoid pack harness connector. Measure resistance between ground and UD solenoid control circuit at transmission side of small transmission in line harness connector. If resistance is less than 5
ohms,  repair UD solenoid control circuit for a short to ground between small transmission in line harness connector and solenoid pack. If resistance is not as specified,  replace solenoid pack.
8. Disconnect small transmission in line harness connector. Measure resistance between transmission control relay output circuit and UD solenoid control circuit at TCM harness connector. If resistance is less than
one ohm,  repair transmission control relay output circuit for a short to UD solenoid control circuit between small transmission in line harness connector and TCM. If resistance is not as specified,  go to next step.
9. Disconnect solenoid pack harness connector. Measure resistance between UD solenoid control circuit and transmission control relay output circuit at solenoid pack harness connector. If resistance is less than one
ohm,  repair transmission control relay output circuit for a short to UD solenoid control circuit between small transmission in line harness connector and solenoid pack. If resistance is not as specified,  replace
solenoid pack.
10. Disconnect small transmission in line harness connector. Measure resistance of UD solenoid control circuit between TCM harness connector and harness side of small transmission in line harness connector. If
resistance is less than 5 ohms,  go to next step. If resistance is not as specified,  repair open in UD solenoid control circuit between small transmission in line harness connector and TCM.
11. Measure resistance of transmission control relay output circuit between small transmission in line harness connector and transmission control relay connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms,  go to next step. If
resistance is not as specified,  repair open in transmission control relay output circuit between small transmission in line harness connector and transmission control relay.
12. Disconnect solenoid pack harness connector. Measure resistance of UD solenoid control circuit between transmission side of small transmission in line harness connector and solenoid pack harness connector. If
resistanceÂ

13. Measure resistance of transmission control relay output circuit between transmission side of small transmission in line harness connector and solenoid pack harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms,

replace solenoid pack. If resistance is not as specified,  repair open in transmission control relay output circuit between small transmission in line harness connector and solenoid pack.
