I have a 3.2L and it cranks but wont turn over. Ive changed the crank and cam sensor, there's a brand new battery that Ive tested to make sure was good and this puppy wont start. I get clicking noise from the relays. I switched them around and they're good. Then disconnected the terminals to the PCM and the clicking noise from the relays stopped. Plugged the PCM trrminals back in and the clicking started back up. Is that a bad PCM?

No, it is energizing relay for operations.
Start with basics, fuel pressure, spark and compression

Thanks Roy for your response. It has low compression and no spark.
