i replaced my spindle now the hub is shaking why is that?

when i take tire off the hub is shaking back and forth and when i drive its like there is a scraping noise i'm not sure why

Check the spindle central nut. It is most likely not torqued correctly.

If the hub is shaky, something must be loose or there is a misfit.
