Are my breaks interchangable with any other kind that may be cheaper to buy because i can not afford the one that are made. For my truck and the breaks are done and starting to grind into my discs.My truck is used for myself and my 5 kids please help.

Just checked and most auto parts stores have them in a price range (for front brake pads) from $24 up to $55, depending on whether you want the best they have or some less expensive but still very good for your vehicle. check in your area AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts and O'rielly's.
