1998 duramgo 5.2 engine has a fuse insude the fuse box that sits inside a clip how do i change it

I have to guess that's a bright yellow holder, possibly one of two side-by-side. If so, the top of it snaps in place to secure the fuse and make it easy to pull out. You have to catch the two snaps on the side to lift the cover up, then you can pull the fuse out.
