1998 Dodge Dakota Starts Great However First Take Off Morning Move Just Fine

starts great.however when i first take off in morning it move just fine but it is slow to shift out of low for about two blocks.i just let it idle along then it will go just fine for rest of day.has been doing this for several months i do not drive it a lot.

it cold be a sticky govenor or speed sensor. have a trans guy lookat it
