how to unlock jammed rear door 1998 dodge grand caravan?

have electric locks. cannot get rear door lock to unloack. tried key, lock switch. no results. help me get rear door unlocked and donation and word of mouth advertisement will follow.

remove the inner door panel so you have access to the linkage. From there, check for damage and open the door
