My instrument panel stopped working what should I do to fix it I have changed the relays and the problem continues?

You may have a problem with the dash cluster itself. You will need a professional scan tool to diagnose it so you are likely off to the shop.

sounds like a cluster failure. you most likely need to replace the cluster assembly.''

Try pulling the IOD fuse in the fusebox under the hood for like 3 minutes then reinsert. Otherwise these were nortorious during that era van of having bad solder joints in the cluster .
