The head of the bolts to release the belts on the engine are snapped off. Is there another way to remove the alternator?

loosen bolt that holds tensioner then remove belt, then remove bolts to alternator. if head snapped off it should come out then get bolt out. see pics. If tensioner is broken then remove bracket.
