whats is the noraml voltage from the battery for daihatus terios?

after i replaced the battery three weeks age i noticed that the battery is always found with acid on top like coming out.when i went for check up the sell man said the battery is been over charged and the voltage was 41.7

If you have 41.7 volts from a 12 volt battery, something is wrong. While running, that alt shouldn't be producing more than 14 volts. You must have a bad voltage regulator.

I feel funny saying this, but I am not an expert with this brand vehicle. However, at that voltage, you don't need to be. I'm surprised that battery is even working.
