Overheating problem, and drips water?

My vehicle overheats and drips water. I already replaced the water pump, thermostat, radiator, spark plugs, coolant, air filter. And I put all the seals brand new for the intake manifold and the thermostat, and I put a brand-new battery. And then there’s a metal pipe that goes under the intake manifold I replaced that metal pipe also and it still leaks and overheats.

Yes, this is the coolant pipe for the heater core. The intake manifold will need to be removed to replace the pipe and the two O ring seals as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
