1998 Chrysler Sebring misfire or backfire

The scanner tool says po303 , which is cylinder number 3 . How do I go about dianosing and repairing problem? not sure if its a fuel or injector problem. I installed new oem pre gapped plugs. Please help

have a pro do it as these are extremely hard to pinpoint and take a lot of time to do it otherwise you'll waste money on parts that are ok.
