My car alarm keeps going off at random times when it shouldn't. Is there a way to disarm the alarm without just pulling the horn fuse.

Pulling the horn fuse does not disarm the alarm. It only disconnects the horn and the alarm can still go on.
Check for misaligned doors and excessive clearances between door and hood switches.
