what does it mean when my tcm relay is making a clicking noise

I had my pcm changed the car started up ran for about 30 seconds shut down. Started up again shut right off. Now the car want start or turn over but my tcm relay is giving a clicking sound when the key is in the on position. Any advice will help thank you

The first thing i would have tested is the battery

When relays etc get low voltage they will click.
