Okay i have been noticing lately that my car starts to shake when i idle it or brake at a light. I have put a lot of wotk into it but i cannot seen to find out what could be causing the shaking. It also shakes a bit when i first take off. I have replaced a lot of things like the motor mounts, etc. Can you tell me what to have checked out??

Do you know if this car has a harmonic ballancer that has a rubberized insert built into it? Are you sure you do not have a misfire somewhere?

No I dont believe it has a misfire. What is a harmonic balancer?

Okay when my rpm is over 1000 the car runs smooth but when I brake it and it drops a knotch or two under 1000 it begins to idle roughly. What could be causing that to happen?

I would get a can of throttle body cleaner and spray around the intake to check for vacuum leaks.
