my rear brake lights will not come on the blubs r good an all other rear lights work

check the switch on the brake pedal. power on one side and when you push the pedal, power to the other side

hazards and turn working i checked the brake pedal switch an its working but still not brake lights

do you have power to the rear sockets with brakes applied??

i have lights on hazards on an hit the brakes an nothing happens

ok, turn off the hazards and then no power with the brakes on???

if that is it, then as Raz said, most likely the turn signal switch

The bottom brake light circuits goes thru the turn/hazard switch thru the white wire-when brake pedal applied you have power on the white wire at the T/H switch-
