Emc promblem

You mean ecm? Low voltage on the maf may be a hole in the air duct after the maf. The only step I know of when hooking up a new computer is turn the key on and try to start. Check your fuses under hood though it may have blew a fuse. The new computer may have been flashed wrong too. Alos check the engine for codes as youmay have a badcam or crank sensor. They can go bad and not show a code so you'll need to check resistance.
