what caused my electral system to completly fail?

my 1998 chevy tracker experenced a complete electrical sys.failure.DEAD!.battery is good 12.9 volts.nothing works,lights,horn,radio.nothing.cant even get it out of park to move it.can you help? thanks ray manning

BLOWN FUSIBLE LINKS COULD CAUSE THIS IF SOMETHING GOT CROSSED OR SHORTED....IF NEED-BE, I MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIND A DIAGRAM W/ LOCATIONS
