i have a 1998 tahoe that the fuel pump worked turned the truck off 20 min later the fuel pump wouldnt work, plugged the block heater in fuel pump worked and started truck fuses are fine now it wont start again?

If it is extremely cold in your area, do you think the fuel line may be trying to freeze? I can't hear the fuel pump with engine cranking. Did you use a gage and check fuel pressure? Check voltage and ground at the fuel pump motor connector, engine cranking. If you have good voltage and ground for the fuel pump motor and no fuel pump action, suspect the fuel pump.

When the problem is ongoing, you might try banging on the bottom of gas tank. See if maybe you can jar the fuel pump into action?
