I have no reverse and i open the transmission pan i found two piston toward the rare one of them is loose are they both supposed to be tight? One seems like got a spring and other dont or both of them supposed to have a spring that even got to do with my problem not having a reverse

This should really be inspected by a trans tech, this will need to be repaired and tested correctly.
