when truck is completely cold i have turn signals and buck up lights but when it warms' up it blows fuse

there has to be something expanding by wires to have the wires touch a frame part so check for a shorted wire leading to back lights or from inside truck which means tk/s switch brake switch etc. if you have a trailer harness look there first.
