Whats wrong?????????????? What should I do?????????????

When I turn head lights on turn signals and cruse control does not work. When head lights are off they work fine. but, when I step on the breaks the dash lights come on.

The first thing i would do is make sure the brake light bulbs are the correct ones.I have had customers that stepped on the brakes and the dash lights came on.Turned out it was a the incorrect brake bulb that was causing it.Thats where i would start.
