Ok lets start of by saying I changed the spider injection on the truck and not it wont start.

Check fuel pressure and recheck your work first. Are you getting spark and fuel? You need a gauge to check fuel auto parts rent it.

Prior to me changing the spider everything worked. It would turn over and start for a 1/2 second and then die. Now it turns over but no start at all

Try a different key it may be anti theft kicking in. Check fuses under h ood as well.
