How do you change lower hose on 1998 chevy 1500 silverado

You need to drain the coolant from the radiator (drain on bottom). Next, the hose is clamped on the radiator on one side and the water pump on the other. Just remove the clamps, twist and pull on the hose to remove. Reverse to replace.
