ABOUT A MONTH AGO I HAD THE POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACED. A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO IT STARTED TO MAKE THE SAME NOISES AGAIN. I CHECKED THE RESERVOIR AND IT WAS BONE DRY. THE LEAK IS COMING FROM THE PUMP AREA, BUT I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHERE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M LOOKING AT FOR WHEN TRYING TO PIN PONT THE LEAK.

most likely it will be a hose or connection. Clean off the pump with some engine cleaner, include the hoses. After drying fill the pump. in a day check the hoses and connections. I use my finger making sure it is dry before touching around the connections. Of course do this with the engine NOT running.
