Installed a new timing chain and gears and tensioner , drives good with no problem parked the truck for a wile started it up later on that night. And heard a weird coming from the front of the engine it sounded like a small amount of knocking noise does new timing gears and chain make noise when new. Also for got to say when I started it up it was could out side is there a break-in time period for the timing set?

Installing a timing chain into an engine with that many miles was a bad decision. The rest of the engine is so worn out that noise could be coming from most anything. It's probably time to be looking for another engine and even that may be a bad financial decision if the rest of the vehicle starts to fall apart.
