Hooked the cables up wrong with a spark

I hooked the cables up wrong on the other persons end and got a spark now my truck runs like its miss firing and chugging along, I replaced the fuses checked the wiring and nothing is melted or burnt up it starts just fine but shakes when it idles, and runs like you got water in the fuel. Im not understanding what else could be wrong, the computor brain seems to be just fine, I need help

You may have damaged the computer or module. Voltage spikes are not liked by these modules.

You will need help with this from a shop as this is just the beginning of the issues from crossing battery cables.
