Hello,
It sound like could be an issue with the throttle position sensor.
If that sensor sends incorrect data to the vehicle control module (VCM), like if its reading that the throttle is at lower level than you actually have input, they the module will change the air/fuel ratio.
It can send less fuel that you will need at that throttle input.
This will make the vehicle bog down until the correct signal gets sent and then it will drive normal.
This could be due to a faulty sensor or even could be triggered by excess dirt/debris build up.
