Only getting up to 140

1998 s-10 2.2 engine not warming up to temp. Done changed the thermostat.

what temp thermostat did you put in?
check to make sure the fluid is full as it may be down a little bit due to air purging out. were there any restrictorson old thermostate and were not reinstalled?
