Any idea why my blower is only working in the "off" position?

98 chevy k1500 5.7L pickup. I have already replaced the blower motor resistor and that wasn't the problem. The blower will not work in any other position (Low, Medium, or High). I'm not sure what the problem is.

in underhood relay/fuse box find and pull blower 50Amp fuse if blower stops then high speed blower relay faulty
