I have a 1998 chevy z71 and I haven't drove it in awhile and I tried to today an when I accelerated it didn't even want to move at all but once I almost hit 2 ,000 rpms it finally started going and then I drove it for a little bit and it did fine so I was asking what that means

That's impossible to diagnose over a computer. A brake could have been rusted from sitting, and it finally broke free and ground that rust off. There could have been a misfire in one cylinder due to a number of reasons.
