how to test ball joints for wear 98 monte. Car pulling to left

raise tire by jacking under lower a frame and grab tire and try to move around. any loose/worn parts will show as wobble in tire. if wobble is detected, look at ball joint/tie rod end/other for teltale sloppiness/play.
