has rough idle in neutral

1998 chevy monte carlo - and in gear while stopped at redlights, Why? 2.) AC blows cool but air flow decreases when accelerating, why?Why does this car have a really rough idle when in park (after starting) and also at stoplights? Also, can you tell me why the airflow thru the vents (when the AC is on is) decreases upon acceleration?

sounds like you have a vacuum leak on motor. is CEL on?
