im trying to replace stripped wheel studs but on the car their is no space to pull them out like on most cars does that mean i have to remove the whole hub??

Front or rear? There's a notch on the front one for access. It will either be on the top or the bottom, depending on how it was installed.

Be sure to use a torque wrench when tightening the lug nuts. There's four important reasons for using the torque wrench. The studs and nuts get stripped from over-tightening, and that doesn't show up until the next person tries to get them off.
