How do I remove he dome light cover to replace the bulb.

Hello,
It will take a small standard (flat blade) screwdriver to release the tabs on the side of the dome light lens cover.
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
Lens by unsnapping from dome lamp.
Bulb from socket.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
Bulb to socket.
Lens by snapping onto dome lamp.
Here are diagrams that can help (below)
