CHATTERING VIBRATION FROM FRONT END.

CHEVY WITH OVER 230,000 MILES. WHEN I TRAVEL ON THE HIGHWAY AND I REACH AROUND 60 MILES AN HOUR, I FEEL A "CHATTERING VIBRATION" FROM MY FRONT END. IT BECOMES MORE PROMINENT WHEN I SLIGHTLY TURN MY STEERING WHEEL TO THE RIGHT BUT IT DOES NOT HELP.

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME GUIDANCE :-)

This sounds like it could be a tie rod that is loose, please inspect and get back to me :-)
