its hard crunk up, but when it do, the motor raise up and down. does this mean that my fuel pump is going bad?

I don't know why the motor would raise up and down? Are the motor mounts ok? Pull all your spark plugs and serpentine belt, does the starter crank ok?

Are you saying it cranks good but won't start, or it won't even crank?
