I turn the key to start truck and at times the truck will start, but it will not stay on. Sometimes it doesn't even want to start. I replaced the fuel pump with a used one, but it seems to have gotten worse. Now the truck is not turning over. Could it still be the fuel pump that needs replacing?

Check the fuel pressure. It could be the pump or the fuel pressure regulator.
