engine trouble

i have a 1998 chevy 2500 the motor went and put a new motor in and it started and ran until i went to back up nit has good fuel new fuel pump, new cran sensor new distributor and still will not run good fuel pressure . good spark garage has had it for a wee they cant seem to figure it out no codes came up on the dash

what is the fuel pressure??

did they check the cat converter??

truck turns over but will not start fuel pressure 60 psi

yes shop did installation and also had another mechanic from another garage look at it too with no hope been sitting for 2 weeks cant figure it out still not running any suggestions?
