During a recent acceleration my truck started to loose power suddenly then stalled out. I found water in my oil and noticed water had come out the throttle body all the way back to the air filter. No external water leaks, no exhaust crop dusting or
even water at tail pipe. I pulled spark plugs and found no signs of water there. So Im wondering if its possibly the intake manifold gasket or something worse? It has a 5.7 SFI motor. Please advise me of possible problem.

Intake leaks are somewhat common on that engine. If you have coolant in the oil, my first guess is that you have a bad head gasket.

No, the leak could be between a water jacket in the head and an oil jacket. It doesn't have to come out the exhaust.

Before you rip into it, check engine compression to see if there is a low cylinder.

Thanks for that good advise about checking compression, that would let me know which side is bad for sure. So now I have to wonder if I check compression and find that all cylinders are good, then could it be just an intake manifold gasket leak or manifold crack? Could that cause coolant in water also? I havent had a chance to do any work on it yet. I have to borrow a compression tester from a friend tomorrow.

You could have good compression. It still could just be between the water jacket and oil jacket.
