was driving down the road and the service vehicle soon light came on, didnt know if it could be bad plugs and wires, or faulty cat. converters, or O2 sensors. i have had all 3 things replaced in past 3 months just had waterpump, thermostat and hoses replaced yesterday.

Start by having the diagnostic fault code(s) read. Many auto parts stores will do that for you for free. Those codes will get you into the circuit or system with the problem, not necessarily the defective part.
