1998 Chevrolet Cheyenne Cabin Filter and weird noise

Dose my 1998 have a cabin filter and where? I have had a problem for the past 6 years when going down the hwy at 55 to 65 in a slight pull feel a vibration. Took it a shop they ran a computer test came back as Tork converter kick out . They replace it,, and it still dose it.. Keep in mind it takes spells and don't do it all the time and has been going for a few years now. Any Ideals?

it may be the pressure switch inside trans have a trans guy look at it he can change the switch to maybe stop it what its doing is kicking torque converter clutch in and out around that speed. you have no cabin air filter.
