Will not do anything click or nothing just changed motor

It sounds like you might have a faulty ignition switch. The ignition switch is the electrical component that the lock cylinder attaches to.
Over time the switch can have burn or loose pins, which will not allow the switch to trigger the starter.

Another possibility is that the anti-theft mode is activated and that will need to be reset before the engine can start.

Is the security light on?
